With years of experience serving Bristol, Pembrokeshire and now parts of Yorkshire, Robert Simms provides specialist home buyers/sellers reports and EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates). Reports are impartial and comply with RPSA, Elmhurst and NHQB reporting standards..
Robert Simms is a long standing RPSA ( Residential Property Surveyors Association) member, which is a well known and respected body in the residential surveying sector. Robert Simms holds a number of related qualifications: an ABBE Home Inspector Diploma, a Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation and a BA Honours degree in Town and Country Planning.
Early career posts included managing prestigious buildings, including the Royal and Sun Alliance County Cricket Ground (home of Gloucestershire CCC) , Welshback Squash Centre, a Pro5 football centre and large scale catering facilities. Living with buildings of this nature added layers of knowledge invaluable for residential surveying.
Working alongside other surveyors, architects, service engineers and building contractors over the years has added to a working bank of building pathology useful in everyday surveying. Robert Simms holds a BDC (Basic Police Disclosure Certificate) with no criminal records noted.
Before recently moving to Otley, Robert Simms traded as SA62 Home Inspector in Pembrokehire; the same practise, the same standards and the same person reporting. Many of the reviews on line are from satisfied clients in this County.
